Juventus will grant Tiago Mendes a free transfer this summer in order to get him off their books, it is being claimed.
The Portuguese international joined the Old Lady for €13m in the summer of 2007, but he's only played 42 League games for the club during that time.
The 30-year-old, a Portuguese international midfielder, has been on loan at Atletico Madrid since January 2010.
According to a report in the AS newspaper, Tiago will rescind his agreement in Turin and join Atletico on a new one-year deal, with the option for a second.
The former Chelsea and Lyon player is contracted to the Bianconeri until June 2012.
