Gianluca Zambrotta has congratulated former club Barcelona on their capture of Alexis Sanchez.
The Chilean finally joined the Spanish giants last week in a deal that could eventually see Udinese net €37.5m for him.
"I've played a few times against Sanchez," the 2006 World Cup winner told El Mundo Deportivo. "He's a very quick player.
"Over these last few years he has done very well and Barcelona have completed some very good business."
Milan full-back Zambrotta, 34, spent two years at the Nou Camp following his €14m switch from Juventus in the summer of 2006.
