Crotone have sacked Coach Leonardo Menichini and brought in former Chievo and Palermo midfielder Eugenio Corini.
The club decided the final straw was this afternoon's 2-1 home defeat to Vicenza, a result that saw them slide down to 10th place.
Menichini's replacement is 40-year-old former Chievo, Palermo and Torino midfielder Corini.
He has signed a contract that lasts until the end of the season with an option for another two years.
It is the second management experience for Corini, who was appointed to the Portogruaro bench in July 2010.
However, he resigned not long after in a dispute with the club over transfer policy.
