According to La Gazzetta dello Sport, Torino rejected Milan’s offer of €70m plus M’Baye Niang and Gabriel Paletta for Andrea Belotti.
The Rossoneri never disguised their interest in Il Gallo, who has a €100m release clause in his contract that is valid only for clubs outside of Italy.
Today’s paper suggests Milan stepped up their attempts to capture the striker and reached the high point of €70m cash plus ownership of forward Niang and defender Paletta.
However, Toro President Urbano Cairo turned it down and is determined to keep hold of Belotti for this season.
