Udinese have officially signed Valon Behrami on a two-year contract with option for a third from Watford.

It is a return to Serie A for the 32-year-old Swiss international, who had also played for Genoa, Verona, Lazio, Fiorentina and Napoli.

“We needed a player with these characteristics and this experience, while Behrami wanted to challenge himself in Serie A again,” said director general Franco Collavino on the official club website.
