Torino President Urbano Cairo is expecting ‘more to come’ from forward Andrea Belotti.
The Granata’s star man failed to find the target once more as his side draw 0-0 at Milan this afternoon.
Speaking post-match, the Stadio Olimpico chief argued that Belotti’s current lack of form can be put down to him still not being fully fit after coming back from injury.
“Belotti? He is one of our players, he is very important,” Cairo commented.

“He still isn’t at 100 per cent physically and I am still expecting a lot to come from him. We want to keep him close.”
Cairo was also asked about the job being done by Coach Sinisa Mihajlovic.
“He is our Coach and that’s how we like it. I saw a team who played as a team.
“These points at the San Siro are good, we are missing some at home but some games maybe don’t go in the way you would like.
“We are up there and we are in position to do better.”
Cairo is still confident that Toro have what it takes to qualify for the Europa League.
“We are there or thereabouts. I can’t see any particular problems, we have every chance of taking forward steps.”
