According to Gianluca Di Marzio, a contract agreement is close between the two parties, but Napoli are trying to convince Barça to lower their asking price of €15-16m.
In any case Verdi remains the priority, but Inter appear to have cooled their interest in Deulofeu so the San Paolo remains his most likely destination if he leaves the Blaugrana this month.
