“We are angry, yes, but not frightened by the current situation. There is an enormous desire to fight back and prove ourselves,” said the Coach in his Press conference.

The Flying Donkeys have been grounded lately with just two points since Week 14.

“We want to turn this negative moment around with all our strength. We are all together in a bid to get out of this situation. We’ll have to overcome obstacles and Cagliari are in great shape, unbeaten in three rounds.

“Our adrenaline must be at the max and we’ll dive straight into the game with a strong mental and physical impact. I can assure everyone that Chievo are united, there is no issue there.

“When the fans protest, that too is a sign of love. It’s natural they are disappointed, as are we, but we’ll roll our sleeves up and respond with action rather than words.

“This team must step on to the field aware it’ll then leave after 90 minutes with heads held high. Our intention is to give our all on the pitch. We’ll get through this storm and bring the boat home.”
