A leading Milan source has rubbished fresh reports claiming Franck Kessie had expressed a desire to join Manchester United.
Several English sources reported over the weekend that Kessie had told Tuttomercatoweb he ‘dreamt’ of playing for United one day.
However, checks performed by MilanNews.it have confirmed that the quotes in question are ‘dated’ and from when he was still an Atalanta player.

“Since joining Milan, the Ivorian star has never given any interviews to our colleagues in Britain,” explained the Rossoneri source.
“Therefore, the words he said are real but not actual, stemming from his time in Bergamo.”
The 21-year-old moved to Milan on a two-year loan, which will turn permanent at the end of 2018-19 season, and has gone on to make 38 appearances at San Siro, scoring four goals.
