Milan full-back Davide Calabria is injured and Patrick Cutrone moves to the senior Italy squad, so Sassuolo defender Claud Adjapong is called for the Under-21 side.
The Azzurrini will play two friendlies against Norway on March 22 and Serbia on March 27 under interim Coach Alberico Evani.
