Gennaro Gattuso’s side are eight points away from a Champions League place with seven games remaining, and CEO Marco Fassone admitted in October they’ll have to sell “one or two top players” if they don’t finish in the top four.

Along with Gianluigi Donnarumma, Suso would be one of their most valuable assets.

The newspaper believes Milan will try to lower the cost of the Politano deal by offering players in exchange, with Manuel Locatelli, Matteo Gabbia and Raoul Bellanova potential options.

Politano was close to joining Napoli in January, but the transfer window shut before the paperwork could be completed.
