Carlos Bacca confirmed Villarreal are negotiating with Milan to lower the option to buy. “I hope it can be resolved quickly.”
The 31-year-old Colombia international is currently on loan with an option to buy for €15.5m, on top of the €2.5m paid last summer, but Villarreal don’t seem prepared to pay the full amount.
He has scored 18 goals with seven assists in 43 competitive games this season.
“I am calm, as I am happy here and focused only on the next game and international duty,” Bacca told AS.

Milan paid €30m to sign Bacca from Sevilla in the summer of 2015.
