It is reported that Abel Hernandez will not sign a new contract at Hull City, sparking interest from Torino and Fiorentina.

The Uruguayan forward has been with the English Championship club for four years, having joined from Palermo in 2014.

However, he is poised to become a free agent after the Daily Mirror claimed he has turned down a new deal with the Tigers.

The 27-year-old is free to negotiate terms with other clubs and has been linked with a move to Hull’s Yorkshire rivals Leeds United.

It is also thought that there is interest in taking the player back to Italy, with both Toro and the Viola said to be keen on securing Hernandez’s signature.

Hernandez, who scored eight goals in only 10 appearances this season, is not in the Uruguay squad for this summer’s World Cup.
