The 21-year-old was participating in the World Cup and already has three goals in 14 senior caps for Portugal.
He joined Paris Saint-Germain for €30m from Benfica in January 2017, but struggled for playing time and spent last term on loan at Valencia.
The Spaniards did not take up their €40m option to buy and he is back on the market.
