However, the Turkish outlet warns the 22-year-old has yet to approve of the switch, with no suggestion as to whether he will.
The Portuguese only scored two Serie A goals last season and could be discarded as part of the club’s plans to restructure their squad, despite joining back up with the Rossoneri for preseason.
