An Argentinian journalist claims Juventus’ Paulo Dybala will join Real Madrid for €180m, but the outlet he purports to work for denies that they employ him.
Mauricio Hidalgo claimed there was “total agreement between Real Madrid and Juventus”, and that La Joya will join Los Merengues this week.
The Spanish club were said to be paying €180m for Dybala, who would earn €16m per season in La Liga.
Hidalgo claims to work for “the Real Madrid section of Olé newspaper” on his Twitter profile.

However, SportMediaset has contacted the Argentinian newspaper, who confirmed that he doesn’t work for them.
A deal always appeared unlikely, given Juve couldn’t get a replacement, and it appears Hidalgo isn’t employed by Olé.
