Inter have officially announced that they’ll appeal against the ban handed out to Coach Luciano Spalletti.

The Tuscan was sent to the stands for the manner in which he celebrated the late winner at Sampdoria, and today the Lega Serie A gave him a touchline ban.

Spalletti himself wouldn’t discuss the ban in his pre-Fiorentina Press conference, saying only that it set a “difficult precedent”.

His club, however, have this evening announced that they’ll appeal against the ban.
