Line-ups: Tottenham v Inter

Inter need only a point against Tottenham Hotspur to be sure of a place in the Champions League Round of 16 as Mauro Icardi and Harry Kane face off.

It kicks off at 20.00 GMT at Wembley.

The Nerazzurri are in a strong position to progress along with Barcelona, largely thanks to their 2-1 home win over Spurs at San Siro, which they achieved through a late comeback.

A draw here would be sufficient to knock Tottenham out, but a defeat could blow the whole group wide open.

Luciano Spalletti has to do without injured Sime Vrsaljko, while Roberto Gagliardini and Joao Mario are not on the UEFA list.

Radja Nainggolan is still not 100 per cent fit, but starts with Matteo Politano and Ivan Perisic as support for hitman Icardi.

Danilo D’Ambrosio takes over at right-back.

Spurs are fresh from a commanding 3-1 Premier League victory over Chelsea, inflicting the first Premier League defeat of Maurizio Sarri’s career.

Some changes are forced from that game, as Juan Foyth is not on the UEFA list, so not fully fit Jan Vertonghen returns in defence.

Kieran Trippier, Victor Wanyama, Davinson Sanchez and Mousa Dembele are injured, with Danny Rose only just returning to training, so Ben Davies is again chosen at left-back.

There is a change in attack, where Erik Lamela – formerly of Roma – replaces Heung-Min Son in a decision that went down to the wire.

England internationals Dele Alli and Harry Kane lead the way with Lucas Moura, but Eric Dier is dropped, as Mauricio Pochettino mirrors Spalletti's 4-2-3-1 formation.

There is one more concern for Inter, as Milan Skriniar, Marcelo Brozovic and Perisic are all a booking away from suspension.
