Everton have joined Inter and Roma in the battle for Atalanta centre-back Gianluca Mancini, claims The Sunday Mirror.
The 22-year-old has already received his first senior Italy call-up, even though he is waiting for his debut, and made a strong impact this season.
He has four goals and an assist in 14 Serie A appearances for the current campaign.
“Inter and Roma are very interested, but also the other big Italian clubs and those abroad,” agent Stefano Castelnovo told La Gazzetta dello Sport.
“I won’t name any names, but medium to high level English and German clubs.
“He’ll definitely stay in Bergamo in January. In Italy, there’s no better place for a young man. It’s early to talk about anything else, but between April and May we’ll meet with Atalanta to decide whether to renew or transfer.”
His current contract runs to June 2023.
