The two sides were scheduled to meet on February 23 at 17:00 (GMT), but it follows on from the Coppa Italia semi-final dates being announced as the Rossoneri face Lazio on February 26 in the first leg of their encounter.
It’s the second time that the fixture has been moved, as it was originally set to take place on February 24.
