Franck Kessie urged Milan to learn from Tiemoue Bakayoko. “He helps the team so much and if we follow his example, we can win every game.”

The Ivorian was on target in this evening’s 3-0 victory over Empoli, which put the Rossoneri within a point of third place, awaiting Inter’s match with Fiorentina.

“There’s a long way to go yet. We have to keep going, pick up three points every time and continue to win,” Kessie told Sky Sport Italia.

“We just have to work hard and do what the Coach asks. I have to continue like this, do better than last season and try to score more goals.”

Bakayoko was jeered during the first few months of his Milan career, on loan from Chelsea, but was given a standing ovation at San Siro tonight.

“This is football, when things go badly, everyone jeers. Now Bakayoko is doing remarkable things, helps the team so much and we must remember if we all follow his example, we can win every game.”
