Kevin Lasagna completed a classic counter-attack after the Krzysztof Piatek opener at San Siro.

“To be honest, I enjoyed this point more than last week’s victory over Genoa,” the Coach told Sky Sport Italia.

“It’s a pity, because we could’ve scored two or three goals, but it’s a valuable point that could prove useful come the end of the season.

“We changed the game with the introduction of Stefano Okaka, moving Ignacio Pussetto further wide to be more attacking. At the break I had told my lads to believe, because we really did have the chances to score.

“We have many options in attack, so it depends on the game, who has more energy and the opposition’s characteristics. I am concerned about Valon Behrami’s injury, as that could force us into some big changes.”

Udinese are still hovering above the drop zone and this weekend go head-to-head with Empoli, who sit third from bottom.

“It’s a very important match. We have to take the positives from today and improve where we got it wrong.”
