“It’s up to us to give everything we can and see where it takes us, but obviously the dream is to make history.

“In football anything is possible,” he told Calciomercato.it.

“It’s up to us to give everything we can and see where it takes us, but obviously the dream is to make history.

“I think my first half against Juve was pretty good, the second one a little less so. I know I can do a lot better.

“I don't have a real preferred position, for me the important thing is to play.

“For now I like to play out wide, but if the Coach asked me to move inside, I’d do so willingly.”

The Moroccan was heavily linked with Roma last summer, and he was asked whether the door had closed on such a move.

“No, I don’t think it has,” he confessed.

“I still talk to Justin Kluivert regularly and, yes, we’ve talked about Serie A. There isn’t a League I’d prefer to play in.

“It depends on the type of project the club has in store for me. The important thing for me is to keep growing as a player.”
