Wanda Nara has reiterated that Mauro Icardi plans on staying at Inter ‘for at least another season’.

Speculation is mounting that new Inter boss Antonio Conte wants to replace Icardi with Manchester United striker Romelu Lukaku and Roma’s Edin Dzeko.

However, Wanda maintained to TyC Sport: “He has two years left on his contract.

“His intention is to stay with Inter for at least another season.”

The Argentina scored 17 goals for Inter last term, but his campaign was interrupted by off-field problems as he lost the club’s captaincy and went into a self-imposed exile for six weeks.

Nonetheless, Sport Mediaset reports he will reject any offers that come his way this summer.
