Juventus President Andrea Agnelli reportedly wants Andrea Pirlo to return to the club as a coach.
According to Tuttosport, Pirlo has been offered roles with Juve’s Under-23 and Primavera teams, both of whom have managerial vacancies.
Furthermore, he has been in ‘direct contact’ with prospective new Bianconeri boss Maurizio Sarri over forming part of the Coach’s backroom staff.
However, the ex-Italy midfielder could be kept on as a pundit by Sky for another year, the newspaper explaining he has no urgent plans of moving into coaching.
The 40-year-old won four Scudetti with the Old Lady before retiring from football in 2017.
