Pogba: I could leave United

Paul Pogba has confirmed that he could leave Manchester United. “It could be a good time to have a new challenge somewhere else.”

Juventus have been heavily linked with bringing Pogba back this summer, while the Frenchman continues to be a target for Real Madrid.

“Like you said, there is a lot of talking and a lot of thinking as well,” Reuters and The Guardiola cite him as telling reporters in Tokyo.

“For me I have been for three years in Manchester and have been doing great; some good moments and some bad moments, like everybody. Like everywhere else.

“After this season and everything that happened this season, with my season being my best season as well ... I think for me it could be a good time to have a new challenge somewhere else.

“I am thinking of this: to have a new challenge somewhere else.”

The 26-year-old moved back to United from Juve in the summer of 2016 and has gone on to score 31 goals in 135 appearances for the Red Devils since returning.

However, his 2018-19 campaign was marred by a breakdown in his relationship with Jose Mourinho and failure to qualify for the Champions League.
