Genoa are again fishing for young talent in Argentina, with a €10m offer for Lanus winger Pedro de la Vega and talks for Banfield striker Julian Carranza.
According to Sky Sport Italia transfer expert Gianluca Di Marzio, the Grifone are once more using their South American scouting network to source new blood.
The main target is 18-year-old left winger Pedro de la Vega [pictured, right], who impressed not just for his club Lanus but also Argentina at the Under-20 World Cup.
There is believed to already be an offer worth €10m on the table to bring De la Vega to Serie A.
Genoa are also looking at Banfield centre-forward Carranza, who only turned 19 last month and scored three goals in 15 League appearances during the 2018-19 campaign.
