Parma have agreed to sign Alberto Grassi and Luigi Sepe permanently from Napoli at a cost of around €10m.
Multiple sources state the pair have agreed to personal terms and the two clubs have struck a deal.
Goalkeeper Sepe already spent the 2018-19 season on loan at the Stadio Tardini, playing 38 games as their first choice shot-stopper.
Midfielder Grassi was beset by injury problems and only made seven appearances for the Ducali.
Sportitalia report the cost of the double operation will be in the region of €10m.
