Udinese have agreed terms to sign 21-year-old striker Cristo Gonzalez from Real Madrid, on loan with option to buy and counter-option.
According to Sportitalia and Marca, the loan deal is worth €1.5m and he’ll fly in for a medical on Tuesday.
There was also interest from Leganes, Granada, Espanyol, Valladolid and Levante, but he opted to work with Igor Tudor’s Udinese.
The centre-forward plays for the Real Madrid Castilla youth team and last season scored 22 goals in 41 games, including one 44-minute Liga appearance.
He also provided nine assists.
