Bayern Munich CEO Karl-Heinz Rummenigge “won’t rule out” buying Ivan Perisic and believes Inter can win the Scudetto.

Perisic is on loan from the Nerazzurri and had a decent start to life in Munich, scoring two goals and providing two assists in six competitive games.

“I won’t rule out Bayern Munich purchasing Perisic, as he has had a good start to the season,” Rummenigge told Tuttomercatoweb.

“We have an agreement with Inter to discuss it later on and we’ll evaluate with the player too.”

It’s reported there is a €20m option to buy in the one-year loan deal for the Croatia international.

Meanwhile, former Inter hero Rummenigge is keeping a close eye on the Nerazzurri and their Serie A start under Antonio Conte.

“They look good to me and had an excellent start to the season, apart from the defeat to Juventus. They can win the Scudetto. Conte is doing a great job and the important thing is that the team has a reliable Coach like him.

“Inter lost to Barcelona, but played very well and deserved to score a second goal. They were unlucky in defeat.”
