Lazio & Celtic both fined

Lazio and Celtic have both been fined by UEFA for "illicit" behaviour from fans during their Europa League clash in October.

The Biancocelesti have been fined €10,000 by UEFA's Control, Ethics and Disciplinary Body for "illicit chants" against Celtic.

In turn, the Scottish side have also been ordered to pay €15,000 for "illicit banners and chanting" towards Lazio.

One of the banners in question at Celtic Park depicted former Italian leader and renowned fascist Benito Mussolini hanging to his death.

Several Celtic fans were stabbed by Lazio fans during scuffles when the two sides met in Rome earlier this month.
