Federico Chiesa has returned to full training with Fiorentina and is therefore available for this weekend’s Serie A game against Torino.
The winger has been struggling with muscular issues, which were exacerbated while on international duty with Italy.
He missed the last two Serie A matches, both 1-0 defeats to Verona and Lecce, as well as the 2-0 Coppa Italia victory over Cittadella.
A statement on the club website confirmed Chiesa resumed training with the rest of his Viola teammates today.
He should therefore be able to start Sunday afternoon’s trip to Torino.
Franck Ribery remains on the treatment table, but the recovery from a sprained ankle is progressing faster than expected.
