Probable line-ups: Napoli-Lazio

Gennaro Gattuso must cope without Allan when Napoli host Lazio in the quarter-finals of the Coppa Italia on Tuesday night.

Napoli haven’t been able to recover any of their injured stars from their last match against Fiorentina and will also be without the influential midfielder Allan, who is out with a muscle injury in the hip.

There will be no Amin Younes, who injured himself in training and Gattuso will have to cope without Nikola Maksimovic, Dries Mertens, Faozi Ghoulam and Kalidou Koulibaly.

New-boy Diego Demme should get the nod in the middle of the park in a 4-3-3, with Fabian Ruiz and Piotr Zielinski and Arkadiusz Milik will most likely start up front with Lorenzo Insigne and Hirving Lozano in the attacking trio.

Stanislav Lobotka should be starting on the bench for the Partenopei, but could be introduced during the game.

Lazio are in excellent shape and will continue with leading goalscorer Ciro Immobile up front, probably partnered by Felipe Caicedo.

Jony will get the call to continue his great form in the Coppa Italia on Tuesday night, when the reigning champions will have Francesco Acerbi available at the back of a 3-5-2 formation.

Sergej Milinkovic-Savic will most likely take place in the middle as they are looking to continue their great run of 11 consecutive wins in domestic competitions.

Napoli (probable): Ospina; Hysaj, Manolas, Di Lorenzo, Mario Rui; Fabian, Demme, Zielinski; Lozano, Milik, Insigne

Lazio (probable): Strakosha; Bastos, Luiz Felipe, Acerbi; Lazzari, Milinkovic-Savic, Leiva, Parolo, Jony; Caicedo, Immobile
