RB Leipzig have reportedly closed a deal with Dinamo Zagreb on €20m plus bonuses for Dani Olmo, formally ending the Milan link with the player.

Milan pulled away from a deal after having to pay an extra €10m in agent commission and sign-on-fee for the player, on top of a deal worth €25m for the Croatian club.

Now Nicolò Schira has revealed that the Spain international has signed a contract until 2024 on a deal worth €3m a year.

The former Barcelona youth has impressed at Dinamo and moves to the current league leaders in Germany.

Leipzig sit four points above Bayern Munich in the Bundesliga and are through to the last 16 in the Champions League – where they will face Tottenham over two legs.
