The 23-year-old Austria international is expected to complete the transfer on loan for €1.5m with option to buy at the end of the season for a further €23.5m.
This more than makes up the €22.4m spent to bring him from Hertha Berlin only six months ago.
Lazaro made practically no impact on Inter during his brief stay, achieving two assists in 11 competitive games for a grand total of 513 minutes of football.
