Gent were narrowly beaten 1-0 at the Olimpico by an early Carles Perez strike and the January signing also starts in attack this evening.

He is in the group with Mkhitaryan, Kluivert and centre-forward Dzeko, with Lorenzo Pellegrini, Javier Pastore, Amadou Diawara, Mert Cetin and Davide Zappacosta injured.

Diego Perotti is in the stands due to a stomach bug, but Gianluca Mancini steps back into defence after a brief foray in midfield to fill the gaps.

Gent must do without injured forward Roman Yaremchuk, but Laurent Depoitre will hope to do better after a rusty performance in Rome, having just returned from several weeks out of action.

The real one to watch is Jonathan David, the 20-year-old Canada international fresh from a hat-trick at the weekend.
