This is a problem for players whose contracts expire on June 30, whether they are on loan or have already agreed to join another club after that date.

This is a problem for players whose contracts expire on June 30, whether they are on loan or have already agreed to join another club after that date.
It had been hoped that there would be a general extension agreed, but as time has gone on, it’s evident every club and player will have to work out an arrangement individually.
“At this moment, any player whose contract expires on June 30 can just walk away,” Assoagenti President Beppe Galli told Radio Punto Nuovo.
“The FIGC could intervene on extending contracts, but so far all we’ve heard are words. Players like Jose Callejon at Napoli could, in theory, refuse to play after June 30.”
There are other problems too, for example those who are on loan and could end up playing in a game when working for two clubs simultaneously.
“The new signings could start training with the new club, but not step on to the pitch, at least until the end of the 2019-20 season. We agents have made several requests for a meeting with the FIGC, received no response, and it feels as if everyone has been listened to on this matter except the agents.”
