Gonzalo Higuain is a major doubt to feature for Juventus in the Coppa Italia semi-final, as they go for a trident, while Milan lean towards Lucas Paqueta and Ante Rebic.

The first leg ended 1-1 at San Siro and the decider will be at the Allianz Juventus Stadium on June 12.

Higuain again did not take part in training today, so although tests ruled out a thigh strain, he is still increasingly unlikely to play next week.

Aaron Ramsey worked separately from the group, but RAI Sport believe he will be ready to at least come off the bench.

There was a 60-minute game between ranks on Friday evening at the Juventus Stadium, their first foray into that arena in three months.

Maurizio Sarri tested a trident with Douglas Costa, Paulo Dybala and Cristiano Ronaldo together, while Gigi Buffon was in goal, as per most Coppa Italia matches.

Milan will have to do without Zlatan Ibrahimovic – who is injured as well – Theo Hernandez and Samu Castillejo due to suspension.

Stefano Pioli also had his men play a game between ranks at the Milanello training ground, with Paqueta scoring two goals.

The Brazilian is tipped to start in a trequartista role with Hakan Calhanoglu behind centre-forward Rebic, leaving Rafael Leao on the bench.

Giacomo Bonaventura scored too and is also expected to make it into the starting XI with Franck Kessie and Ismael Bennacer.
