The Belgian was reported to be on the verge of a move to Inter, but also tracked by Chelsea, Arsenal and Manchester United.

“He was never distant from Napoli, but there was some fear of losing him, as there is with all great players.”

Callejon is in a similar situation, with rumours he is heading for Valencia or Sevilla.

“He hasn’t decided yet. This is his home and Callejon will let us know what he chooses.”
