Despite reports in Spain of Inter making an approach, most Italian sources are confident Pedro will leave Chelsea and sign for Roma.
The Spaniard will be out of contract at the end of the season and is expected to move away from the Premier League.
Todo Fichajes today claim that Inter have jumped back in with a proposal for Pedro.
However, the Corriere dello Sport and others in Italy remain adamant he has already agreed personal terms with Roma.
The Giallorossi put down a two-year contract with option for a third, worth €3m per season plus bonuses.
However, Roma also need to start whittling down their squad before they can add Pedro to it.
Players on the way out include Diego Perotti, Cengiz Under, Javier Pastore and Justin Kluivert.
