Inter will pay €20m to sign Sassuolo loanee Stefano Sensi outright this summer but could now sell Radja Nainggolan, it is reported.

Sensi recently suffered his fifth injury of the season, fuelling doubts Inter would take up their option to buy the midfielder.

However, Fabrizio Romano assures the Nerazzurri still want to keep the 24-year-old as they plan to use him in the Europa League and work on his fitness over the summer.

On the other hand, whereas Sandro Tonali remains a priority in the transfer market, the journalist warns Nainggolan will be shipped off again once he returns from Cagliari.

The former Roma man seemed to have a place in the Beneamata’s midfield waiting for him, given their interest in Arturo Vidal had cooled.
