The Rossoneri handed Juve a seven-point lead at the top of the Serie A table by beating their Scudetto rivals Lazio 3-0 on Saturday.

Now they could return the balance to the division by taking points off the Bianconeri as well.

Ibrahimovic again leads the attack, his second start since the lockdown injury, while Calhanoglu does not shake off a bruised calf sustained against Lazio.

Surprisingly, Stefano Pioli goes all-out attack with Ante Rebic, Lucas Paqueta and Alexis Saelemaekers, as Samu Castillejo is injured, benching Giacomo Bonaventura.

Juventus have Paulo Dybala and Matthijs de Ligt suspended, two of their most form players, with Alex Sandro and Giorgio Chiellini only fit enough for the bench.

Merih Demiral, Mattia De Sciglio and Sami Khedira are injured, so ex-Milan flop Higuain leads the line with his first start since the lockdown.

Cristiano Ronaldo has scored 20 goals in his last 16 Serie A appearances and Federico Bernardeschi is earning his place in the trident attack.

Daniele Rugani steps in for De Ligt with another ex-Milan player, Leonardo Bonucci.

These teams have already met three times this season, Juve winning 1-0 in the reverse fixture, with two Coppa Italia semi-final draws (1-1 at San Siro, 0-0 in Turin).

However, Milan have won just one of their last 14 Serie A meetings with Juventus, losing the other 13.
