However, Roberto De Zerbi’s Neroverdi got into their groove and dominated for long periods, turning it around with Filip Djuricic, Domenico Berardi’s free kick and a Francesco Caputo goal at the back post.

Alex Sandro’s header put Juve back on level terms, but he also had to make a goal-line clearance on Jeremie Boga after Wojciech Szczesny heroics.

It was the third 3-3 draw Sassuolo have played since the restart and the third game in a row without victory for Juventus.
