Inter have again left Christian Eriksen on the bench, as Romelu Lukaku and Lautaro Martinez lead the way against Kevin Volland and Kai Havertz of Bayer Leverkusen in the Europa League quarter-final.
It kicks off in Dusseldorf behind closed doors at 20.00 UK time (19.00 GMT).
Antonio Conte sticks with the same XI that beat Getafe 2-0 in the Round of 16 last week, so Eriksen and Milan Skriniar are again benched, with Danilo D’Ambrosio resisting pressure from Antonio Candreva to start on the right.
Alexis Sanchez is ready to come off the bench to shake things up, but Lautaro partners Lukaku.
Bayer Leverkusen have some good news, because Mitchell Weiser and Kerem Demirbay are back after their suspension in the Round of 16 against Glasgow Rangers, which they won 4-1 on aggregate.
Nadiem Amiri also returns, as he had been put under quarantine for a week following close contact with someone who tested positive for COVID-19, but has been given the all-clear and is on the bench.
Kai Havertz is the top talent in the squad, supporting Volland, but Charles Aranguiz is suspended, so Julian Baumgartlinger steps in.
Potential danger men off the bench include Leon Bailey, Lucas Alario and Karim Bellarabi.
Sven Bender was originally named in the starting XI, but pulled out in the warm-up, so Jonathan Tah plays instead.
