Marco Verratti, Mauro Icardi and Ivan Perisic are on the bench for the Champions League Final, as PSG take on Bayern Munich.
It kicks off in Lisbon at 20.00 UK time (19.00 GMT).
There had been hopes that Italy international Verratti would recover in time from a calf injury to be in the starting XI, replacing Leandro Paredes.
The 27-year-old has only played one full competitive match since February, the Coupe de la Ligue Final against Lyon on July 31.
He missed the Champions League quarter-final with Atalanta, only playing seven minutes of the 3-0 semi-final victory over RB Leipzig.
Despite some reports this morning that Verratti could be in the starting XI, he is on the Paris Saint-Germain bench along with ex-Inter striker Icardi.
Keylor Navas does return from his injury in the quarter-final against Atalanta and starts in goal.
As for Bayern Munich, Inter-owned winger Perisic is benched in favour of ex-Juventus man Kingsley Coman.
There is Italian involvement too, as the referee for the Champions League Final is Daniele Orsato, with Lorenzo Magnanelli and Alessandro Giallatini as assistant referees.
Massimiliano Irrati is the VAR, assisted by Marco Guida and Spain’s Alejandro Hernandez.
