Former Milan midfielder Giacomo Bonaventura has agreed personal terms with Fiorentina and only has to sign the contract, report Sportitalia.

According to transfer expert Alfredo Pedullà, a decision has been made following negotiations over the last couple of days.

The 31-year-old is a free agent, as Milan let him leave after a decade at San Siro.

He had been linked with a return to his first club Atalanta, along with newly-promoted Benevento and Marco Giampaolo’s Torino.
