Inter President Steven Zhang reportedly blocked Radja Nainggolan’s move to Cagliari, who had reached an agreement with the Belgian.

La Gazzetta dello Sport reveals Nainggolan had come to terms with the Sardinians, but that the two clubs were never anywhere near an agreement.

The newspaper claims patron Zhang blocked the move, demanding at least €10m for a permanent deal or a loan with an obligation to buy the midfielder.

Nainggolan spent last season on loan at the Casteddu and seemed set for a return to the island this summer.
