Probable line-ups: Milan-Sparta Prague

Diogo Dalot can give Theo Hernandez a break and Sandro Tonali should start in the middle when Milan face Sparta Prague in the Europa League.

The match kicks off at 17.55 UK time.

Gigio Donnarumma’s absence with coronavirus means Ciprian Tatarusanu will continue in goal against the Czech side and Theo Hernandez seems set for a breather tonight.

Dalot should replace him, with Davide Calabria at right-back. Leo Duarte fights for an opportunity in the centre, but captain Alessio Romagnoli is more likely to get the go ahead.

Sandro Tonali is expected to start in the middle tonight, next to Ismael Bennacer. Samu Castillejo should be at right in the attacking trident, with Rade Krunic in the centre and Brahim Diaz at left in coach Stefano Pioli’s 4-2-3-1.

Zlatan Ibrahimovic has returned from coronavirus in great form and seems set to continue in Europe, even if Hakan Calhanoglu and Franck Kessie are rested.

Ante Rebic will not return in the Europa League against Sparta Prague, but is believed to be back in contention this weekend.

Sparta Prague’s lost 4-1 to LOSC Lille last week and the goalscorer Borek Dockal is expected to start again in the middle of an attacking trident behind Libor Kozak.

The 31-year-old, Kozak, is expected to replace leading goalscorer Luka Julis in attack at San Siro tonight.
