Il Corriere dello Sport reports BC Partners have reportedly given Suning until March 31 to reach an agreement over the majority stake in Inter.

Previous reports in Italy have claimed Suning rejected a €750m bid from BC Partners to acquire majority stake in the Nerazzurri.

But the negotiations continue, and the fund has reportedly given Suning until the end of March to decide.

The newspaper reveals it’s not a coincident that the fund has given Suning that specific deadline to decide on the possible transfer of shares.

The deadline has been set on March 31 due to the obligatory conditions to participate in the European Cups and to be up to date with payments.

But the report claims there’s still a gap of €200m in the proposal from BC Partners and the demand from Suning.
