The Argentinean was supposed to return to action today, but he still feels pain at his knee and his physical conditions “are not improving,” Pirlo said during a pre-match press-conference.

Merih Demiral and Matthijs de Ligt are going to start at the back, with Weston McKennie, Rodrigo Bentancur and Aaron Ramsey in the middle of the park.
Alvaro Morata has received a call-up, but is likely to start on the bench with Dejan Kulusevski and Cristiano Ronaldo starting up front.
